30-day returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
How to return
- Email us at info@vellen-hair.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back and keep your proof of postage. For returns worth more than 75 USD, we recommend a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs
You pay the cost of sending the items back, unless the item is damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we let you know by email and refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us at info@vellen-hair.com with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, including all shipping costs.
Customers in the EU and the UK
You also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return period does not limit it, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
